Club Rules

1. Admission to the Club

Admission to the motorcycle club is carried out on the basis of a written application.

In addition to the application, the candidate must submit:

• A copy of an identity document (passport, ID card, etc.).
• A copy of the motorcycle registration document.
• At least two letters of recommendation from members of the Club.

2. Consideration of Applications

Applications for membership in the motorcycle club are reviewed twice a year during club meetings.

The decision to admit a candidate as a member of the club is made by voting.

3. Main Conditions for Membership

The main conditions for admission include:

• Submission of an application with the required documents.
• Payment of the main membership contribution in accordance with the Club Charter.
• Payment of the mandatory entry fee in accordance with the Club Charter.
• Commitment to pay monthly membership fees in the amount and within the terms established by the Regulation on Membership Fees.
• Compliance with the conditions provided for in Clause 5.2 of the Club Charter.

4. Club Attributes

Each new member of the motorcycle club receives official club attributes confirming membership.

These attributes remain the property of Gold Wing Club Ukraine and are provided to the member for use.

In the event of leaving the club or being excluded from membership, all provided attributes must be returned to the club within one month.

5. Voluntary Withdrawal

To voluntarily leave Gold Wing Club Ukraine, a member must submit a written request.

The application will be reviewed within one month from the date it is received.

A member is considered to have left the club from the moment the Board of the Club approves the decision.

6. Grounds for Exclusion

A club member may be excluded for the following reasons:

• Violation or serious breach of the Club Charter, which contradicts the goals and mission of the club or damages its reputation.
• Violation of the rules of the Gold Wing European Federation (GWEF).
• Failure to pay mandatory membership fees on time.
• Activities or actions that directly or indirectly violate the laws of Ukraine or the laws of the countries that are members of the GWEF.
• Absence from more than two General Meetings of the club without a valid reason.

7. Return of Club Attributes

Upon leaving or being excluded from Gold Wing Club Ukraine, all club attributes must be returned to the club within one month.

8. Responsibilities of Club Members

Members of Gold Wing Club Ukraine are required to:

• Follow the Club Charter.
• Comply with the rules of the Gold Wing European Federation (GWEF).
• Participate in the activities of the club and attend General Meetings.
• Fulfill their obligations related to participation in club activities.
• Follow the decisions of the General Meeting and elected governing bodies.
• Take responsibility for their individual decisions.
• Be accountable for unlawful actions in accordance with applicable legislation.
• Follow technical safety regulations and sanitary standards.
• Comply with safety rules.
• Return all provided club attributes within one month after leaving or being excluded from the club.
